  1. Introduction

    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the affiliate program (“Program”) operated by Check For Trips GmbH, through the website affiliates.istanbulwelcomecard.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).

    By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

  2. Eligibility & Account Approval
    • You must be at least 18 years old.
    • After registration, all affiliate accounts remain Pending until reviewed and approved by our admin team.
    • We may reject or suspend any account at our discretionü
  3. Commission Structure
    1. Default Commission

      The default commission rate is 5% of the total value of a completed and non-refunded order.

    2. Custom Commission Agreements
      • Selected affiliates may receive custom, increased, or special commission rates based on performance or direct agreement with our company.
      • Any adjusted commission will appear inside the affiliate dashboard.
    3. No Commission in Certain Cases

      Affiliates will not earn commission for:

      • Cancelled orders
      • Refunded orders
      • Failed or incomplete orders
      • Fraudulent, self-generated, or invalid referrals
  4. Payments & Payout Conditions
    1. Payment Frequency

      Payouts are monthly by default but may vary depending on internal processing.

    2. Minimum Payout Threshold
      • The threshold is variable and shown inside each affiliate's dashboard.
    3. Payment Method
      • All payouts are via Bank Transfer only.
      • Affiliates must provide accurate banking details.
  5. Affiliate Responsibilities
    1. Proper Conduct
      • Promote honestly.
      • No spam or misleading claims.
    2. Brand Name Restrictions
      • Paid ads on our brand name are strictly prohibited.
    3. Other Prohibited Activities
      • Bots, fake clicks, multiple accounts, self-purchases, and illegal channels.
  6. Tracking & Attribution

    We use affiliate IDs, cookies, and internal logs. Tracking is not guaranteed if cookies are cleared or browsers block tracking.

  7. Data Accuracy

    Affiliates must keep personal and banking info updated.

  8. Termination & Suspension

    We may terminate for fraud, violations, or inactivity. Valid commissions (from completed orders) are paid unless due to fraud.

  9. Taxes

    Affiliates handle their own tax obligations.

  10. Privacy & Data Protection

    Your data is processed under our Privacy Policy.

  11. Modifications

    We may modify Terms anytime.
